Privacy policy
This policy describes LoveManiac.pro as it is built on 23 October 2026. The operator's email is [email protected]. If a script is added later, this page changes first.
The site loads Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-NWN7L974V3), Microsoft Clarity (project z2329xvzud) and Adsterra (publisher 3403020, website 6143834) by default on the first page view. With no stored choice these scripts are enabled, while the cookie banner offers Accept and Reject. Reject disables them and is remembered for 180 days.
Default loading and how to withdraw
On a first visit without a saved choice, the site requests Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity and both Adsterra units (one in-page Native Banner, one floating Social Bar) and shows the banner. This default does not store an acceptance. Accept saves granted and hides the banner. Reject saves denied, moves every Consent Mode signal to denied, removes the Clarity and Adsterra tags, and reloads the page so a fresh document starts with the refusal already stored and no vendor requests.
The record lives for 180 days. After that it is treated as missing and the default-on path runs again. Cookie settings in the footer reopens the banner at any time, so the choice can be changed without clearing site data. If the browser sends Global Privacy Control (navigator.globalPrivacyControl === true), the site writes denied on the first visit and does not take the default-on path.
Legal basis: consent for analytics, session replay and advertising storage, and a legitimate interest in serving a functional page and honoring a withdrawal you already made. Because the scripts load by default, the banner is the place to object; the withdrawal takes effect on the next page view and is stored before any vendor script is created.
What the site stores on your device
Key lm_consent in localStorage. Value: your explicit choice (granted or denied), the advertising and analytics flags, a timestamp and an expiry. Lifetime: 180 days, then the record is treated as missing. Purpose: remember your choice and a refusal signaled by Global Privacy Control. Merely viewing the default-on banner does not save acceptance.
Key lm_adbar_closed_v1 in localStorage. Value 1 when you press Hide ad bar in the footer. Lifetime: until you press Show ad bar or clear site data. Purpose: keep the floating Adsterra Social Bar closed across reloads, not just until the next refresh.
The site sets no first-party account cookie, because there are no accounts. Clearing site data for lovemaniac.pro deletes both keys.
Google Analytics 4
Google Analytics 4 runs through gtag.js from googletagmanager.com and reports to google-analytics.com. Google may set the _ga cookie (about 2 years) and the _ga_<container> cookie (about 2 years) to distinguish visitors and sessions. The tag sends the page URL, referrer, approximate location, device and browser details, and interaction events such as scroll and outbound clicks. Retention in the GA4 property is set in the Google Analytics admin; the property is under the operator's game_websites account.
Purpose: count page views and understand which guides are read. Legal basis: consent. Google acts as a processor under its own terms; its privacy policy is at policies.google.com/privacy. Reject sets analytics_storage to denied and window['ga-disable-G-NWN7L974V3'] to true.
Microsoft Clarity
Microsoft Clarity (project z2329xvzud) records session replays and heatmaps using pseudonymous identifiers, not a guarantee of anonymity. The loader comes from clarity.ms and reports to *.clarity.ms. Clarity may set the _clck cookie (about 1 year) and the _clsk cookie (about 1 day), and may keep a session identifier in browser storage. Replay masking reduces captured sensitive content but does not make all page content private. Data collected includes pages viewed, clicks, scroll depth, pointer movement and a coarse device/browser profile.
Purpose: see where the guide is hard to read. Legal basis: consent. Microsoft's privacy statement is at privacy.microsoft.com/privacystatement. Reject calls Clarity's consent API with denied storage and removes the tag.
Adsterra advertising
Adsterra (publisher 3403020) serves one in-page Native Banner (unit 31877674) and one floating Social Bar (unit 31877676), both delivered from bicea.org. Adsterra and its demand partners may set cookies or similar identifiers to cap frequency, measure clicks and choose a creative; those identifiers are set by the ad iframe and the delivery host, not by a first-party cookie of this site. The site itself stores only the two localStorage keys above. Adult ads are switched off for this website in the Adsterra panel.
Purpose: fund the guide. Legal basis: consent. Adsterra's privacy policy is at adsterra.com/privacy-policy. You can opt out of personalized advertising at Google Ads Settings, Your Online Choices, the NAI opt-out and the DAA opt-out. Reject removes both Adsterra tags and the floating bar, and the site does not recreate them while the denied record is valid.
YouTube, and only after a click
The trailer “LoveManiac 0.3.6 TRAILER” by NEBULA TEAM is shown as an image. Pressing play creates a frame to youtube-nocookie.com. Google may then process your IP address and set cookies under Google's policy. Purpose: play that one video. Legal basis: the click. Until the click, the page does not request YouTube.
Other third parties
The only third-party hosts the pages contact are googletagmanager.com and google-analytics.com (Google Analytics 4), clarity.ms (Microsoft Clarity), bicea.org (Adsterra), and youtube-nocookie.com after a play click. The fonts are bundled from this domain; there is no external font or CDN request. No traffic-mesh, pop-under, push-notification or smartlink script is present.
Hosting, retention, and your rights
Pages are static files. This site has no user database to retain. A network host that serves the domain may keep short connection logs under that host's policy. We do not add a separate tracking log. Analytics and ad vendors keep data under their own retention schedules, linked above; the site keeps only the two localStorage keys, for 180 days and until you change the bar setting respectively.
You can ask for a description of the data this operator holds (the answer is usually none beyond mail you send), ask us to delete mail you sent, and object to a script at any time with Cookie settings. Email [email protected]. You can also complain to the supervisory authority where you live. The site is about an 18+ game and is not aimed at children.
Changes to this policy update the date in the footer line and the page's modified time, which is the same date the sitemap uses.
