Game and album
Which Love Maniac?
Love maniac points at two well documented works. One is LoveManiac, the 18+ pixel RPG by Team Nebula. The other is Love Maniac, María Conchita Alonso's debut album from 1979. If you wanted a download, you want the game. If you wanted a Polydor disco record, you want the album.

The game, briefly
LoveManiac is free on itch.io, 18+, and not connected to Toby Fox. Start at the home page for version 0.3.6, or the wiki summary for platforms and languages. Scarlet Lust is a spin-off of the game, not a track on the album.
The album, briefly
Wikipedia describes a debut disco album issued under the name Ambar, with a 17-minute title track on side A, released by Polydor, and available as a 12-inch and a cassette. That article is the citation. This site does not sell or host the recording.
